2017年6月5日下午15:00點,澳大利亞昆士蘭大學(xué)Chengzhong Yu教授應(yīng)邀在四川大學(xué)望江校區(qū)beat365313報告廳作了題為“Designer Nanoparticles for Delivery”的學(xué)術(shù)報告。此次學(xué)術(shù)報告由beat365院長褚良銀主持,beat365師生聆聽了本次報告。
Chengzhong Yu教授從“Where to delivery? What to delivery? Why chose nanoparticles? Why chose our nanoparticles?”等問題開始報告的講解,講述了目前畜牧業(yè)中抗菌劑和殺蟲劑的控制釋放過程中納米結(jié)構(gòu)微球應(yīng)用的重要性,提出了用簡易方法大規(guī)模制備用作抗菌劑及殺蟲劑載體的表面凸起(surface roughness)納米微球。報告詳細介紹了具有粘附性的表面凸起的二氧化硅納米微球的制備方法,并對比了表面凸起與表面平整的微球包載藥物的載藥量和釋放過程,證實了表面凸起的二氧化硅納米微球的優(yōu)勢。最后,Chengzhong Yu教授具體介紹了三種包載藥物的納米微球的實際應(yīng)用,并對納米微球制備技術(shù)與微流控技術(shù)相結(jié)合制備出形貌均一的納米微球的潛在應(yīng)用發(fā)展進行了展望。在報告結(jié)束后的提問環(huán)節(jié)中,Chengzhong Yu教授與各位師生就報告內(nèi)容開展了深入的交流與討論。Chengzhong Yu教授內(nèi)容新穎的報告讓眾師生受益匪淺,對大家從事科研工作和學(xué)習(xí)具有指導(dǎo)和啟迪意義。
Chengzhong Yu教授簡介:
Prof. Yu is a chemist and materials scientist in functional nanostructured composites and their applications. Since 2000, he has published over 240 peer-reviewed journal articles, which have been cited over 14,000 times and resulted in an H-index of 60. Since 2010, he has attracted over 8 M A$ grants from the Australian Research Council (ARC), the Cancer Council of Queensland, Queensland Government and industry partners. He has developed broad industrial collaborations to extend the applications of functional materials in a real world. He has received several awards including the Le Févre Memorial Prize from the Australian Academy of Science, the ARC Future Fellowship, and the Second prize of the National Science Award of China (Ranked 3/5).
