講座摘要: Continuous-flow synthesis has provided significant benefits over corresponding batch conditions, and is particularly well suited to gas-liquid two phase reactions with an exceptionally high interfacial contact, enhanced safety, and a reduced footprint. Several methodologies have therefore been developed to using carbon dioxide as a cheap C1 feedstock to generate value-added chemicals, such as cyclic carbonates and unsymmetric ketones, in a continuous fashion. In addition, continuous flow synthesis appears to be particularly well poised to contribute to the movement toward green, sustainable process. The beauty of flow chemistry will be briefly discussed.
