2.科研工作

研究方向主要聚焦于醫(yī)藥健康和生命科學(xué)領(lǐng)域,開(kāi)展多學(xué)科交叉融合研究,研究課題主要包括蛋白-藥物超分子體系、藥物遞送體系、計(jì)算機(jī)輔助藥物設(shè)計(jì)和藥物晶體學(xué)方向的基礎(chǔ)研究及工程應(yīng)用轉(zhuǎn)化。目前已發(fā)表SCI論文40余篇,ESI高被引論文1篇。承擔(dān)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、國(guó)家博士后基金等科研項(xiàng)目10余項(xiàng)。

2.1研究方向

(1) 蛋白-配體超分子體系相互作用研究

建立蛋白質(zhì)、多肽、DNA等生物大分子與藥物、天然活性成分等化學(xué)小分子之間的相互識(shí)別模式,是化學(xué)、藥學(xué)以及生命科學(xué)等多學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)?;诙喾N現(xiàn)代分析測(cè)試技術(shù)和計(jì)算機(jī)模擬等手段,對(duì)作用機(jī)理、結(jié)合方式、結(jié)構(gòu)特性、結(jié)合構(gòu)象進(jìn)行深入探討,有助于了解蛋白質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)和功能等生物學(xué)本質(zhì),為理解藥代動(dòng)力學(xué)和藥效學(xué)提供理論依據(jù)。

(2) 藥物靶向遞送體系研究

提高藥物的靶向性和治療效果,實(shí)現(xiàn)藥物智能遞送和控制釋放是藥劑學(xué)的重要研究課題之一,基于環(huán)糊精、MOF、脂質(zhì)體等生物功能材料,利用納米技術(shù)、分子生物學(xué)和藥物化學(xué)方法,開(kāi)發(fā)新型藥物載體和遞送系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)藥物的靶向遞送和控釋。

(3) 藥物晶體學(xué)研究

晶型、單晶、共晶、多晶研究是藥物一致性評(píng)價(jià)和新藥研發(fā)的重要環(huán)節(jié),不同的藥物固體形態(tài)具有不同的熔點(diǎn)、溶出、穩(wěn)定性等理化性質(zhì),從而影響藥物的藥效、毒副作用和生物利用度。通過(guò)對(duì)結(jié)晶和轉(zhuǎn)晶過(guò)程研究,篩選優(yōu)勢(shì)晶型,明確晶體結(jié)構(gòu),為后續(xù)優(yōu)勢(shì)固態(tài)藥用形式設(shè)計(jì)提供基礎(chǔ)。
