科研上,主要參與項(xiàng)目有:

(1).中國(guó)欣龍集團(tuán)“5kt/a萃取法制備磷酸二氫鉀”中試線并實(shí)現(xiàn)了復(fù)分解法制備工業(yè)級(jí)磷酸二氫鉀工藝技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā),主要負(fù)責(zé)工人培訓(xùn)及投料開(kāi)車指導(dǎo)。

“Monopotassium phosphate production by 5kt/a extraction” pilot production and industrial-grade monopotassium phosphate technology development by metathesis method, being responsible for staff training and start-up production guidance. (China Sing Long Group)

(2).中國(guó)安徽六國(guó)化工“5wt/a磷酸凈化和磷酸鹽項(xiàng)目整體技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移”項(xiàng)目。

該項(xiàng)目技術(shù)來(lái)源于我們實(shí)驗(yàn)室開(kāi)發(fā)的“濕法磷酸溶劑萃取凈化制工業(yè)磷酸技術(shù)”。濕法磷酸凈化制工業(yè)磷酸工藝能耗低、污染小,與傳統(tǒng)熱法磷酸工藝比較具有顯著的能源、環(huán)境和成本優(yōu)勢(shì),是現(xiàn)代磷化工發(fā)展的方向。但是濕法磷酸雜質(zhì)高,凈化技術(shù)要求高,在此之前國(guó)內(nèi)還沒(méi)有采用自主技術(shù)建設(shè)的工業(yè)裝置。該項(xiàng)目轉(zhuǎn)移的磷酸凈化和磷酸鹽項(xiàng)目工藝技術(shù)不僅國(guó)內(nèi)首創(chuàng),與國(guó)外同類技術(shù)相比,還具有萃取體系合理,萃取效率高;工藝流程短,投資成本大幅度降低等優(yōu)點(diǎn),主要負(fù)責(zé)投料開(kāi)車指導(dǎo)。

The technology “wet-process phosphoric acid purification by solvent extraction to make industrial phosphoric acid” is used in the project. It is the modern way for phosphorus chemical, having impressive advantages over traditional phosphoric acid production by furnace process in energy consumption, environmental protection and costs saving. In fact, phosphoric acid production by the wet process requires higher purification techniques to remove impurities when autonomous industrial devices have not been applied in China, yet, the technological transfer used in the project, being the first technology in China, boasts its right extraction system, high extraction efficiency and substantial cost saving for short process flow when compared with counterparts overseas.

(3).中國(guó)云天化國(guó)際化工股份有限公司“10wt/a磷酸凈化和磷酸鹽項(xiàng)目整體技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移”項(xiàng)目,主要負(fù)責(zé)加工投料開(kāi)車指導(dǎo)。

(4).完成了萃取法制備工業(yè)級(jí)硫酸鉀工藝技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā),并實(shí)現(xiàn)了3wt/a的生產(chǎn)規(guī)模。
